34' SO in Arkansas
Hello,
Have a 2002 34' SO that we have been using since 2009 in the summers to build our cabin in the Boston Mountains, Northwestern Arkansas. We are spending our first winter in the cabin now ... I subcontracted and did building myself. It is a 70th Anniversary Edition and is quite well built. Purchased from a dealer in Michigan who knew the owners that used it for visiting their grandkids in the summers in Michigan. So very low miles.
Its a dinette Side-Out wired for 50 Amp so you could put in another ac unit in the bedroom. Everything is original including the carpet. The old couple smoked and we don't so had to air it out alot in the first couple of years. Thought about putting in floating wood floors but those add weight.
Thinking of a price close to $30,000.00.
