I have a Hayes model, with manual remote, very similar to that one. I am away from home till 4/1. I'll see if I can find it online, if you are interested. It is circa 1992.

Yes, I would definitely be interested. Early April is fine for me.

OK, get hold of me about then and I'll get you the model number. It appears functionally the same as the one you posted, but the case is a bit of a different shape and is lighter gray in color. The manual remote is also gray. I couldn't find a pic online.

I have a search saved to my e-Bay for this item, and so far, none of the vendors have had the optional manual remote; and without that I may be looking at other options. I had one of these with the manual remote on my towcar that was stolen, and I have the same problem with my current towcar that I had with that car, the dash is severely angled below the steering column with the lower edge too far to reach for an emergency switch on the controller. My 1992 Buick Roadmaster Limited sedan is a pristine original car, and I am trying to keep the brake controller on the lower edge of the dashboard where its mounting holes won't be obvious.
