The hitch main unit needs to have the bearings rebuilt. The parts kit is available from the manufacturer for 120 dollars. Go to the ProPride website and look under parts for more information. They can be replaced yourself, or send the main unit back to ProPride and they will rebuild the bearings for a fee.
Included is the extended hitch bar with up to 12 inch offset. It works with SUV s that have a high receiver location. We originally used this on a 3/4 ton Suburban, and on our current Silverado 2500 truck.
