I rebuilt mine, nearly identical to yours. An easy job.

Have you tried getting replacement stems for that? Looks like the outer casing is in relatively good shape. I had something similar in my vintage bus conversion from 1974 and was able to rebuild using stem parts from a plumbing supply house.
