Off grid ready Airstream Classic. The photos show the condition of our single owner Airstream, but not the extras. To allow for extended boondocking, we had the factory install a 3 inch lift and 450 watts of solar panels on the roof. We installed 400 amp hours of LiFePO4 batteries under the sofa with a disconnect switch for storage, a Victron 9 amp DC to DC converter to provide a charge while towing without rewiring the truck, a Victron Smartshunt to remotely monitor the battery bank from a phone, a Victron Bluetooth dongle to remotely monitor solar charging from a phone, and an upgraded fuse block right next to the batteries for safety. This Classic also comes with a dealer installed ProPride 3P hitch with a 2.5 inch receiver and Airstream Fiamma bike rack, as well as an upgraded 90 degree connector power cord, external 50 amp surge protector, and stabilizer jack SnapPads. All systems are fully functioning and we are currently full timing heading from San Diego, CA toward Nashville, TN over the next six weeks, so can be seen along our route. We will update our location as we go. We re selling our Classic to downsize to a smaller trailer as we no longer need all the space of the 30.
