They say don't buy cars that were made on a Friday. Well, this Airstream must have been built early in the week because I only had one thing go wrong with it and that was a rubbed through wire on the aisle dimmer that went out on the first trip. Easy fix and no other issues since.

Reason for selling: Life changes. Daughter is off to college so no more "road trips" with dad, plus I prefer to get out farther, so I've moved on to a 4x4 truck/camper combo.

Well, this Airstream must have been built early in the week because I only had one thing go wrong with it and that was a rubbed through wire on the aisle dimmer that went out on the first trip. Daughter is off to college so no more "road trips" with dad, plus I prefer to get out farther, so I've moved on to a 4x4 truck/camper combo.</p><p>The coach is stock except I upgraded the solar controller to a Renogy MPPT which allows the solar panel to keep the house and chassis batteries topped up and ready to go. I also installed an APP port and 12v port in the back to inflate my air mattress and charge up my Goal Zero Yeti either while parked or when driving.
