Original, non smoking owners of a very well maintained and clean 2016 Flying Cloud 27fb queen bed with convection microwave that just completed a trip to Jackson Center for systems and exterior inspection including any needed updates/repairs. Tires replaced with Goodyear Endeavor approx 2 years ago with minimal mileage since. Recent updates include: New entry steps, new water pump old one worked just getting noisy , inverter with wall switch and fuse, USB port in galley, 3 roof gaskets around the vents NOT leaking just preventative , Carbon Monoxide detector in bedroom. All systems work as should. No soft spots on floor and no leaks. We kept carpeted rugs non backed over the vinyl floors so they look like new. Original mattress cover and pillows were not used and stored inside house and recently put back in for photos. Hand washed and waxed with Walbernize at least 2 times a year. All manuals and repair records. Reason for selling? We camped primarily on land we owned. We just had a house built on it so the wife says it's time to find a new home. There 2 small blemishes where rocks were kicked up on the road and one in the campground 1 on the front and the other by the curbside wheel well . These 2 spots are in the included photos.
