The interior layout is beautifully constructed and extremely functional. A booth style dinette, which converts to a twin bed 40" wide , is located at the front of the trailer. Large cabinets are located directly above. The kitchen is adjacent and includes a deep stainless sink, an under sink drinking water filter, a 3 burner stovetop with oven and exhaust hood, a combination gas/electric refrigerator and two storage cabinets. At the rear of the trailer on the right is the bathroom with vanity, toilet, overhead vent fan amp; enclosed walk in shower. The bedroom area has a corner double bed 48" wide , overhead storage cabinets, bookcase, a retractable privacy screen, and off grid power center for 12v, 120V and USB devices. For safety there's carbon monoxide, smoke and propane gas alarms. Also a fire extinguisher is just inside the door. There are LED lights inside and out. The propane furnace will keep the trailer warm even in freezing weather and powered overhead vents can cool the interior in warm weather. There are two Caframo personal fans well located to provide a cooling breeze almost anywhere in the trailer. When plugged in, the rooftop HVAC unit will provide heat or AC as needed.

For off grid power there's a new 105 AH lithium ion battery with built in Bluetooth BMS and three 100 watt solar panels permanently mounted to the roof. Also included in the solar package is a Victron 100/30 MPPT solar charge controller with battery capacity monitor. A 600 watt built in sine wave inverter provides AC power when off grid, and a 55 amp converter will charge the battery when plugged in. A WeBoost signal booster with rooftop retractable mounted omni antenna provides cellular connectivity when the signal is weak.

A SiriusXM Radio docking station with roof mounted antenna is connected to the stereo which has two front and two back speakers. A tank monitoring panel shows the remaining capacity in the 23 gallon fresh, the 21 gallon gray and 18 gallon black tanks. A 6 gallon propane fired water heater provides hot water for showers and sinks. Outside there's a 9' 8" awning, a power tongue jack, two 15 lb. propane tanks, outside shower and lockable storage compartments. The trailer hitch assembly includes a load leveling weight distribution system. This is a wonderful trailer in good condition.
