We have for sale a 22 ft. 2006 Airstream Interstate with 127215 miles. Built on the Dodge Sprinter chassis, it was rebranded by Airstream as a Mercedes with the highly desirable 5 cylinder preDEF diesel engine that averages 21 MPG. This particular T1N engine is one of the last in the 5 cylinder line production cycle, and contains the revised Woodruff keyed harmonic balancer. New Michelin tires in 2017 with 90 percent tread remaining; new Michelin spare tire purchased in 2022.
All equipment is in excellent working order. Most is original Airstream, with the following exceptions:
- Engine upgrades:
- Turbo resonator eliminator installed
- Transmission plug adapter housing with resilient silicon o rings
- 200 amp alternator
- New engine battery 2023
- Convenience/comfort upgrades:
