Howdy,

My wife and I have decided to sell the trailer that has treated us great for over 13 years! We are the second owners and bought it with some bumps and bruises already in it. Fortunately, I did not add any myself. There is tons of life left in this trailer. We've just outgrown it. Our 15 year old is now 6'3" and he's outgrown the dinette bed and the two younger ones that share the pullout couch are close to outgrowing it as well. Sports has taken away our ability to do much camping anymore.

I would still consider the trailer to be in very good shape. I'm going to list the things that need work.

Oven/Stove work great

Fridge works great

Water heater works great

A/C / Heater works great

TV I took it out because it's so small and was going to mount a more modern flat screen. I still have the old TV and mounting bracket.

Shower the spayer seems to have calcium or something and very little water comes out. I took it off and water does flow nicely out of the system. Just needs new sprayer. The handle on the shower snapped and I haven't found a replacement also haven't worked that hard at finding it .

Water pump works great but is a little loud. I don't remember it being that loud.

Toilet it leaked so I bought a new one about a year ago. Probably just needed to replace the rubber gasket.

Shower exhaust fan seized up and no longer works. I have a new one. Never installed it.

Batteries and solar are still good. Can't remember how long ago I changed the batteries.

I bought a new power jack stand about 5 years ago. Works great.

All plumbing is great except the nozzle for the shower. I think it's because we never used it. Been used about 5 times.

Wardrobe closet door catch is broken. I bought a new pack. Need to install.

I bought cheap LED bulbs for interior. They suck and I need to get different ones as the Chinese made stuff started flickering within a year. LED has been better for battery consumption. I'll order these and get replaced asap.

Nice trailer hitch with the weight distribution bars. I have a sway bar but rarely use.

Asking 46K. Doubt I'll get around to fixing all the little things so willing to go lower. I'm in Seal Beach which is in Orange County, CA. Between Long Beach and Huntington Beach

Oh yeah, one drawer front needs to get mounted better. probably a little wood glue.

Just dropped in one photo. I'll add more.

Tim
