1997 Airstream Land Yacht 30
Well loved, gently used Airstream Land Yacht. 64k miles on a Chevy 454, runs great. Last routine service in November 2020.
All new flooring in 2015 as well as the most comfortable custom made to fit memory foam mattress you ve ever slept on! New shower fan, lavatory fan in 2016. Original Fantastic Fan with rain sensor still works. Both forward rear AC units in good working order. Bedroom AC unit has heat option.
Hot water heater and refrigerator need repair and possibly replacement. Haven t had those looked at yet.
Original microwave/convection oven needs replacement.
Onan generator works well.
Motorized step needs work on motor. We pull it in and out when we need to use it. Minor interior wall damage in the bedroom from a leak during a storm. We immediately had the entire roof cleaned and resealed. Never a problem after that. This was when we first purchased it in 2015.
I have all original documentation and user manuals including the Chevy 454 book and Airstream binder book with technical schematics. There s documentation on any repairs made since 1997. I believe we are second owners. I have the original bill of sale from 1997.
