We are the second owners of this trailer and bought it from the original owners . There is not a lot of miles on it. Please note price is in US dollars.

It has been cleaned throughout and is "road ready" though winterized see below at the time of posting this ad.

Mechanically in good condition and inspected every year by a local trailer dealer for certification of roadworthiness.

Interior: see Pics Almost completely original equipment throughout.

The interior is original including rug, couch, curtains and blinds, seats, fridge and stove top, oak cupboards, side tables, drawers and interior trim no scratches or chipped edges , countertop, dining table and in good condition.

Short' queen sized bed with an upgraded mattress that is very comfortable. Bed lifts for access to under bed storage/rear compartment.

All windows and latches function normally. Windows close and seal. No leaks.

Electrical:

All tank sensors work propane, fresh water, grey and black tanks . Electrical breakers and converter in good condition. The original air conditioner works with 30 AMP service. Fantastic fans front and back work. Interior lights work except for 1 in bathroom and 1 next to bed . Sound system throughout.

Plumbing:

Water and sewage systems have no leaks. Original Thetford toilet functions well. No leaks from grey and black water tanks. Water pump and city water line hook up work. Original shower has original door glass, fixtures and works.

Propane: No leaks in the propane system. Stove top works manual light no igniter . Hot water heater works both propane and electric. Propane heater works.

Exterior: see pics

Two good batteries.The built in battery charger works. 30 AMP power cable in good condition. Running lights, signal and brake lights work. Lights in rear storage compartment work. Electric brakes work great. 7 Point electric cable to tow vehicle in good condition.

No leaks in the shell or around windows. All original canvas awnings in good condition and can be deployed. Front window guards. Entrance step in good condition. The original roof antenna cranks up and down.

Door closes, latches and locks easily. Door seal is good. All storage compartments open and close and are lockable.

All underbelly pans installed minor denting . Tires including the spare and suspension in good condition. Stabilizer jacks work. Grey and black drain valves work smoothly. Two original aluminum 30LB propane tanks full. Propane tank cover.

Clear coat and stripping has peeled.

Winterization status:

Skylights, air conditioner, fridge cooling vent, tires and the fan vent openings are covered. Drained water lines, hot water tank, fresh water tank, grey and black water tanks. Plumbing antifreeze added in traps and down toilet. Batteries removed.
