Year: 1995
Make: Airstream
Model: Classic 36
Trim: Rear escape window option (very few have this)
Length: 36
Country:US
State or Province:MN
City: Minneapolis
Type of Sale:Private Seller
Listed:1 month ago
Price : $27,000

454 Gas engine, 82.3K miles, runs great

New alternator

New fan belt

New ship and coach batteries 3 total, ties, and knife switch disconnects are new

Over 9,000 in suspension work done new air bags, drag links, etc. I have receipts

New Norcold refrigerator

New Magic Chef microwave not installed

All Air Conditioners work

A/C's have heat strips

I have new air boxes for the A/C's but they don't fit with the present roof units. When those units need replacing, then these airboxes will be the ones that are compatible

Banks Powerpack

All tires are like new

Onan 7000 watt generator 1735 hrs

All awnings are like new Zip Dee awnings

Electric steps work

Original 3 ring binder Airstream manual with chassis wiring diagrams, etc and a bunch of other manuals and paperwork.

These '95 motorhomes are very difficult to find, and now rarely come up for sale. I bought it as a retirement project as the outside and inside need restoration to bring it back to its full potential, but the coach is fully functional as is except for replacing the microwave. As can be seen in the pics, I've been working at stripping the adhesive and clear coat from the body. Someone painted it from the windows up at one time, and that needs stripping too. I've contemplated how to refinish it once stripped. Anything from trying to get back to a brushed aluminum to an automotive wrap which would be able to include the stripes and graphics etc. 3M makes a wrap in a brushed aluminum look, or do a silver paint with a fine metal flake. We decided to move after my retirement, and so I've decided to sell it. The exterior work and the microwave will not be done by the time I sell it. The front hood fits better than in the pic, it's just ajar for quicker access to the battery disconnects while it's in the driveway.
