1994 Airstream Excella Classic

This trailer was purchased from original owner in New Mexico in need of a minor refresh. I decided to remove complete interior for a custom remodel and upgrade. Unfortunately, I am unable to continue this project but have performed a significant amount of the primary work. The trailer is currently gutted and ready for insulation and new interior walls. The following improvements have been completed:

Exterior was professionally polished in 2018, it has slight oxidation at this time and needs minor cleanup. this was originally satin with pealing clear coat trailer .

All exterior seams have been scraped clean and resealed. This includes all windows, doors, trim moldings, roof seams, lights etc...

All exterior lights have been replaced with upgraded LED units.

All Fan tasic Fans have been replaced with new units.

Skylight has been replaced with new Maxim unit.

All windows except front have been removed, hardware replaced, new weatherstripping, with refurbished window locks not yet installed .

Main door has been re insulated, new weatherstripping and new deadbolt lock set installed.

All interior seams except front window units have been resealed. They were not leaking this was just a precaution.

All original wiring is in place and fully labeled.

All original water lines are in place.

All original water tanks are in place.

Original plywood not OSB floor is in excellent condition with no rot or soft spots.

Original interior has been removed and only critical components have been retained for use as patterns.

All appliances are included with sale including: Atwood 6 gal LP water heater, Dometic roof top A/C unit, Dometic dual fuel refrigerator, Magic Chef 3 burner cooktop and oven unit, Hydroflame 8500 furnace.

Includes new in box Progressive Dynamics Intel power 9000Series Converter/Charger.

Includes all new gaskets for remaining access doors, window screen cord, new level, misc parts and materials.

Includes full length original awnings for both drivers and passengers sides and rear window.

Includes full front window protective covering with new gaskets and locks.

Includes both front and rear upper end storage units and all mounting hardware.

New Barker VIP 3500 Power jack

If you are looking for a project that has been started with the utmost attention to detail look no further. As part of the sale the trailer will receive new tires and repacked bearing. This trailer was hauled from New Mexico to Fort Worth non stop without any issues and is solid.
