Since purchasing this trailer in late 2018 we have made the following improvements: 6 gallon DSI water heater, multistage battery charger, Dexter axles, brakes, Centramatic wheel balancers, tires, and Dexter lift blocks.

The previous owner had redone the floor, counter tops, upholstery, and sealed the roof.

We used the trailer to travel Route 66 last fall. Everything works as it should.

It is a 29 year old trailer, there are a couple of small dents, and scrapes.
