Center bath layout with two twins in back and modified with a queen bed in front. Solid oak cabinets. Needs some work frame has rot in rear end. We purchased to use it as a guest house so had no problem with it. It also needs new 12v converter, plumbing is good except for a leak near toilet, cosmetic work and finish flooring, fridge door needs hinge repaired, clearcoat is partially stripped. I have the title.
