I have for sale my 1989 Excella 29'. I bought the trailer with grand dreams of doing a remodel but I have since realized that to do a proper job it is more than I am willing to take on. I wanted to pass it along to someone with the time and dedication it will take to make this a top notch trailer. I have removed the rear queen bed and front couch to get a better look at what I was dealing with. They are included. The rear bed flooring is suffering from major water damage and the deciding factor on me selling was the replacement of the subfloor. It was FULL of stuff when I got it. I have since cleaned everything out. It has good rubber all around and tows like a dream. If you are looking for a good project this is the one for you. Comes with bill of sale only. Asking $5500 OBO
