1988 Airstream 34' Excella 1000 For Sale. REDUCED

Trailer is in good condition. Solid frame and floor, water tight and ready to camp with exception of refrigerator that stopped working during our last trip a few months ago. The trailer had the 'Rose' package from the factory and the original furniture, upholstery and curtains remain in great condition from that package. The floor has had the carpet stripped off and the marine plywood decking painted. It is in perfect condition if you wanted to cover with flooring of your choice, we used area rugs for ease of cleaning.

The rear bedroom has a full bed to the street with a custom single opposite. This layout was great for us while the kids were young, the original floorplan was 2 singles. Kitchen contains original 4 burner gas range with oven in perfect working order. Stainless sink is a replacement two basin unit. Ample storage, including a spice rack and a microwave round out the kitchen. The refrigerator/freezer 7cuft remains in place but only the freezer section is still functional. The bathroom is original except shower head wand . The wall paper is starting to peel and the vent fan needs replaced. Propane water heater works as it should.

Exterior:

No damage or dents. The clearcoat is significantly deteriorated from sun exposure. We had started to strip and polish but the time to continue was absorbed into other family activities and only a small portion was completed approx 1 yr ago. The air conditioner is a 13.5k btu unit that is approx 10 years old, works great and manages to cool the entire trailer even in the Florida summers. Two propane tanks are housed in the enclosed box on trailer tongue. The main awning has some holes and extension poles are in need of attention, we did not use. All other awnings are in good condition. Front center window has rock guard and we have one for one side but needs hinges riveted, other was damaged and not available. All glass in great condition, again no leaks. Tri axle with electric brakes, tows perfect! Tires are in good condition with only a few thousand miles but are not new, we do keep the tire covers on to protect from sun damage.
