Rare vintage airstream RV. Model 310 equals 31 long. Chevy 454 Big Block Engine. Runs great. 38,000 original miles. Everything on the engine was replaced in 2021. Just needs usual maintenance now. 60 gallon tank. Great Onan Generator runs perfectly. Holding tanks all cleaned and sanitized. All appliances run. Have all receipts and line items of work performed. Wood doors to match overhead cabinets for under couch and bed are onboard just need the time to install them. Need to finish installing new shower faucet. Some finishing touches are still pending in the toilet room as well.

New A/C, exhaust fans w/ led lights in shower and bath, and vent fan in bedroom area. All lights updated to LED. Plumbing all works and has been cleaned and repaired as needed. Working original awning. Original linen curtains restored. Furniture newly upholstered. New flooring ready to be installed. Interior is stripped of all old finishes that were too dingy to restore. Interior is clean and ready to receive all new finishes that are already bought and on board. I ve run out of time and money as a graduate student to continue the restoration myself.
