All mechanicals totally rebuilt. Inside has all old finishes removed that were cracked or too old to repair. Main components are in tact and working. Comes with supplies to finish the interior to paint, flooring, new upholstered furniture, carpet for hub and tools. New toilet, sink and all plumbing fixed. New vent fan, exhaust fans, air conditioner, and 30 amp electrical hook up. New tires and hubcaps. I have just ran out of steam fixing it up and would like to see if anyone else is interested in it.
