1977 excella 500 31ft. It has been gutted, it does have interior walls that come with it but top center piece did get tore up. I left all wiring and plumbing as it was. Frame will need work by back bathroom. Door handle on outside of door needs replaced. This trailer was towed home from 13 hours away so I would be comfortable towing it home personally. 6000
