I just found out that I'm going to be a DAD!!! and need to spend my time and money on other projects now. I really hate to see this thing go, but I need it sold. my plan was for a fully reconfigurable open floor plan, so a person could use it as a backyard office, or a cross country adventure camper, deer camp, or now a place for the kids to remote learn while the schools are shut down.

This thing is ready for you to make your dreams come true! I did most of the hard work, now it's your turn to finish it the way YOU want it!

it is a 1977 Airstream Argosy 24', 454 big block with 99,950 mi, not 199,950. I'm the second owner. New Tires, brakes, all new fluids, spark plugs, plug wires, belts. The motor stars right up and runs good. all windows are good, roof AC works. It was the rear bath model. I removed all of the original appliances, water tanks and generator because they took up too much room and were outdated. and gross. And also there is no need to winterize because there is no exterior plumbing. I removed and replaced all of the old flooring and floor insulation, I put up new paneling on the walls, I left the original wall insulation and I stripped and buffed most of the exterior. I painted the bottom of the exterior with a couple of coats of primer because I couldn't decide on a color. all of the 120v outlets inside work. you can power it with either a generator or plug it into shore power cabin, house etc .
