We unfortunately need to sell our Airstream. We recently took it to a service shop not local to us to have some major work done that we had been putting off and discovered that the frame is so rusted it needs a complete rebuild which we are not able to tackle. It is perfect for being a stationary trailer with full hookups as it is, but would need major work to be movable again according to the shop. Could be used as a tiny house, AirBnB, or at a permanent campground site.
It has:
New Zipdee awnings full curbside and window road side
Nature's Head composting toilet but can be re plumbed for RV toilet
Huge center closet area center bath configuration
Rear under bed storage and front dinette/bed under storage
Full bed in rear and dinette in front can convert to queen bed
2 burner gas stove and working sink. All pex plumbing
2 propane tanks in good working order
Dometic RV fridge, propane or electric
Coleman Mach 2 AC installed in 2015 with heater coil insert that provides a nice heat option used in 40 degree weather
New manual ceiling vents/fans installed
New belly pan
Owners prior to us did replace the axels at some point
It does not have:
Holding tanks. That was what we were going to install . It has a black water tank but not currently plumbed.
Kitchen table not included sentimental value
Rusted frame that is not recommended for towing. As above, could be used in a stationary setting. Buyer would need to arrange/pay shipping costs. Currently it is at the service shop in Greensboro, NC.
