1976 31' Airstream is for sale just outside Fayetteville Square, 45 min South of Atlanta.

The interior was redone by previous owner with a custom large front open floor plan, the bed and bathroom/shower in the back of the Airstream allowing for a more studio feel. Custom features include installed vinyl plank wood flooring, custom wood cabinets for plenty of storage and, wood countertops. Adding to the charm of this trailer, the original awnings are in excellent working condition. Exterior surfaces shows some wear, there is a dent in the back left corner with no piercing, but is in overall good shape. Purchased 2012, lived in for a year, it has since become a stationary guest suite on my property. I haven't used any hookups water/sink/toilet or propane heater recently, so some servicing may be needed before using hookups. My current setup as now consists of an electric extension cable from the carport to the trailer, providing electricity. All lights and electric heater and cooler works flawlessly when I'm using it as an guest suite/office. This also powers the fridge included and the AC/Fan/Heater unit fitted custom kitchen area picture included. I was in the middle of remodeling the bathroom before deciding to move states. New tires were installed last week, this trailer is ready to go to a new owner.
