This Airstream served as our young family's home on the road for many years, and has traveled to nearly every US state. It has been remodeled to sleep 4 comfortably, and 5 if three of them are children. Sleeping arrangements are a queen bed in a rear bedroom, and a convertible dinette in the front.
We're selling as we no longer travel full time, and do so in our van when we do hit the road these days.
Priced to sell and so that some new souls can affordably get into the vintage Airstream life.
Remodeled in 2018, including:
- All new interior fixtures, plumbing and electrical
- Walnut countertops in kitchen, bathroom and bedroom
- New queen bed, flips up to provide ample storage
- Oak table that goes up and down to form a second queen bed up front or dining table that seats six when up
- Three Fantastic fans and one skylight. All four open with screens
- New Vitrigo refrigerator that works on 12v or shore power
- Propane two burner stove
- Large, hammered copper sink with metal fixtures, including sprayer
- New shower, copper sink and fixtures in the bathroom
- New graywater and freshwater holding tanks
- Brand new 2023 compost toilet, never used
- Reinforced frame and all new flooring and subfloor

This 1978 Airstream travel trailer had two owners before us. We purchased it in 2013 and lived in it full time for five years before the renovation. It has continued to be lovingly maintained and was used as our home while we built our stick home here in Durango.
Exterior has had the Clearcoat removed and shined in the past, but does have the wear and tear one might expect from a 47 year old Airstream and could use a fresh shine.
