Needs Restoration. Was used as an oil field trailer. I will be checking next week about applying for a title. Needs to be gutted, some things may be reused. We did check the AC unit and it got cold, that was about 2018. I was gonna gut it and rebuild it. Just can't do it now. This is really a solid trailer. I have Pictures and some videos of the inside. 8000 OBO
