Trailer gutted and reno process started. Renovated items outlined below . Exterior is great condition, very few scratches or dents. All panels intact, and seams resealed.
Trailer was gutted to its exterior shell; all electrical, insulation, New Dometic low profile rooftop air conditioner, sub floor and interior skins replaced.
I began to reframe and build out the layout, close to the original floor plan, but shouldn't be too hard to pull out if not desired
Kitchen counter framed, front seating area with conversion to bed framed, back queen bed framed.
I had plans to convert this to a full time live in trailer, but ran out of time. Trying to make back what I've put into it.
