1973 25 FT Overlander Tradewinds.
I bought this to do a restore and then use it as an Air B n B
I moved into my mother's home to be her caregiver until her passing and then bought her home. I have since remarried and with so many other things to take care of with the home maintenance and my new marriage, I do not have time to work on it, so we have decided to sell it, because it is just sitting in the yard.
I bought it 4 years ago and had it driven here from Ohio. I am the 3rd owner. Black and Grey water work. It is all original interior, except for the floor. The stove and oven work. A good refrigerator. It needs some TLC but can be used as is if you want to. A few dollars invested in upgrades and it will be spectaular.
There are additional bonuses with the purchase.
