Ideally suited for office use. I gutted this Airstream and renovated it for a mobile business in Feb. 2020. Needless to say, covid brought my business to a screeching halt before it ever got off the ground. Maybe my loss can be your opportunity.

It s been completely gutted and redone to be used as a business not for living/camping as the bathroom/kitchen has been removed. The tanks and water heaters are still there cleverly hidden behind cabinetry so bathroom or kitchen could be reinstalled. The PVC pipes would just need to be reinstalled.

The trailer is now a large open space. We put in cabinets for storage and to hide the battery compartment/water tanks, etc. Also installed some shelving, but they can be removed if you want. There s also a cover that hides the wheel well. If you remove the cabinetry, however, keep in mind that the power unit would be exposed and the new adhesive vinyl flooring does not extend fully under the cabinets, but that s fixable with about 20 minutes work of placing more planks down. Photo of flooring used in the pics.

Overall length is 27 and interior length is 24 .
A/C works great! Comes with a new pigtail power adapter, the trailer hitch/wiring adapter.

As with any vintage Airstream there are always things that could be fixed, but doesn t have to be done. For example, the screen door latch has to be carefully opened/closed because the latch piece is broken but works . Or the step going into the Airstream could use a new piece that makes it glide in and out easier. They no longer manufacture the front interior panel, so I had to be creative and used foam padding wrapped in fabric to make the interior wall. The foam didn t want to stay but I ve kept the pieces to use as patterns. Currently placed aluminum sheets up and painted them white to match the rest of the interior. It s totally in usable condition as it currently is, but if you re looking to make it yours there s opportunities for changes and/or improvements.

I ve replaced sub flooring where it was soft.

Left the venting in where a refrigerator would go as I thought I might eventually want a little fridge inside.

Uses standard power. Has 6 power outlets on the interior walls plus one hidden inside the cabinetry.

Axles are in good condition. Minimal rusting. Tires will need replacing very soon.

I believe it needs rewiring. When I took ownership, the taillights worked just fine. My car, however, can t get the lights to synch up. I ve read this is a known problem with my model car and other European cars that it won t recognize vintage trailers due to it not being as technologically up to date. Supposedly American cars don t have this problem, but I m not certain if it s a car issue or a rewiring issue.

Pigtail and hitch included.

I ve already removed the furniture armchair, rug, massage table, and desk from the Reiki Rocket, so it s empty and ready to go.

Beware of Scams
