1973 Sovereign, 31'. Double bed, rear bath configuration, which is in my opinion, the very best layout for a one person house, because of the efficient layout and tons of storage. I ve used it as my home for the last 7 years. This is definitely a project trailer but it s got a lot going for it; great body with no dents and recently occupied. Three years ago, I had the AC, interior pex plumbing, water heater, interior wiring and bathroom faucet replaced. Toilet and converter replaced about a year ago. Original aluminum propane tanks. No rear end sag. Vista View windows do leak so living room floor needs repair or replacement. Make numerous minor repairs to restore, or make your Airstream dream come true with a big overhaul. Good title. Located just East of Austin, Texas. 11,500.

Hi , Trailer looks good for asking price but is above my budget cosnsidering necessary refurbishment. I am happy to offer $ 8000-00 subject to viewing and mean no offence by this lowball price but perhaps you might consider later if interest is low ? many thanks David Smith

As the owner of a 73 Sovereign center bath (purchased off ebay in 2005 for $2300 that we restored) $11, 500 seems like a very fair price if the shell is in good condition and pics are accurate.

Leaky vista view windows are an unfortunate fact of life and while floor replacement is no fun (partial or full sheet...I've done both), its not that big of a deal. (Obviously very important to re-seal windows).

Based on the market today, you should have little trouble getting your asking price. They're not making any more of them and the Beatrice years produced relatively light weight, towable trailers. We could not replace what we have for less than $25K (many improvements) and probably wouldn't accept less than $30K.

A usable Airstream for less than $12K is a steal IMO, especially with recent plumbing, AC, water heater, etc. replaced.

P.S. - I'm jealous of the Zipdee Awning....those are NOT cheap to add or replace!
