After recently finishing a complete renovation and pandemic project I am looking to find my pride and joy a new home! This 31' foot airstream has been absolutely rebuilt from the ground up. Below, you will find all of it's new additions. It has not been lived in since it's renovation, and only has had under a month of use. I would consider this Airstream to be in 'Like New' condition.

Brand new frame, refurbished chassis
Completed a body off restoration
All brand new interior
All windows, frames, sealant were removed Cleaned, resealed, and reattached.
Windows have new gaskets and screens.
All trim, decals, attached accessories removed, cleaned, resealed, reattached.
The airstream has been polished to bright finish.
Stabilizers are intact.
Brand new tires and wheels. It also has new brakes and axels.
Complete electrical reconfiguration.
New LED running lights
New 30 amp inlet and service
All wiring has been repaired and replaced.
New 12v and 100 sub panels.
New LED puck lighting.
Trailer has a 3000w Victron Inverter Charger.
All new 12 volt wiring.
Airstream has 4 new 100 ah lithium Battle Born batteries
30 amp power cord.
New LP/CO detector.
The roof has 360w Zamp Obsidian solar panels set up with Victron MPPT solar charger.
Additionally, I have added Victron Bluetooth Battery monitor and Weboost cell phone signal booster.
All new appliances:
Furrion 12v TV w/soundbar installed on a hidden TV lift that comes up with a remote.
1 brand new Furrion 15.5K AC unit in center of trailer.
A new Furrion Induction stove top.
New new vent fans
Suburban iw60 on demand hot water heater.
New, matte black 10cu ft Furrion Arctic refrigerator.
New LPG lines and regulator.
Trailer has a new, never used, June Smart Oven.
The Interior comes with all new furnishings:
New insulation
New interior paint
New custom cabinetry doors, fixtures
New King size bed and mattress from Avocado 2400
All new custom Maple plywood interior epoxied with custom design elements.
New upholstery
New Ocean air roller blinds
Recessed lighting in ceiling.
New refinished and tiled bathroom walls
New PEX plumbing throughout the trailer.
Garnet SeeLevel Tank Level monitoring system
New water pump
New Nature's Head composting toilet.
New freshwater tank, 40 gallon and new gray water holding tank, 40 gallon
New sink and new fixtures.
There is a custom walnut deck on top of the trailer, with ladder on the side.
