Good condition, minor issues that can be fixed, everything is original. Pipes under the camper need to be repaired, it leaks water. Other then that it is a really clean camper.
It had not been used for several yrs, it was for my dad. We used it once, that is when we realized pluming issue. We have not used it since and it is just sitting in the barn.

Brand new tires and new brakes were put on 2 years ago, and the Axel was checked out as well and in good condition.

Yes, that is what was told to me by the person that replaced the tires. Thanks for your insight. If anyone is interested in purchasing it, they are more than welcome to inspect it prior to.
