I have a 1972 Airstream Overlander 26 12.5k FIRM
In good condition for its age. Furnace and water heater worked when I bought it but we never used it. Air works great. It will freeze you out.

a few dings and dents
Inside
Everything works installed all new water lines last summer. Will need a screen replaced and curtains fixed or replaced.
I do have a video walkthrough... please contact me for the link. The camper has since been cleaned out cleaned inside and out. I do not have a lot of time for a million questions. I will send the video and that should answer everything. If you are serious I will then discuss it. I am also not willing to move on the price as it is fair for the year and condition.
