1972 Airstream Overlander Land Yacht 27 '
If you're looking for a vintage camper please take a look .This camper is solid as a rock !!! NOT A SALVAGE JOB !! HASN'T BEEN DESTROYED AND GUTTED THEN PUT BACK TOGETHER..."Restored" ..lol...
This Is A relative's dream that never come to pass. Stored in a garage for the last 20 years untouched and unused out of the sun and weather. Frame is in great condition , sub floor in great shape with NO soft spots what so ever , plasti coat on exterior in great shape as well. Tires like new. Everything has been gone through , cleaned and sanitized front to back. EVERTHING works as it should !!!
I wanted to keep it as original as possible but updates had to be made.
Updates include : powered hitch with power kill switch, front and back shore power hook up , larger propane tanks with regulator , tinted front window rock shield , new upholstery on both bed couches, new Smart Core Ultra XL vinyl flooring the lime green shag had to go , ceiling vents w/ 3 speed two way fans , furnace , water pump , a.c. unit ,110 or propane fridge , microwave , lights throughout , fresh water intake valve , Boondocker 4 stage converter w/ fuse block , new battery , winegaurd tv ant , vinyl tile in bathroom , toilet , rear bumper extended to make room for grey water tank so you can camp anywhere.
The exterior isn't perfect but for a 72 she has cleaned up amazing !!!

I have a few questions about your 1972 Overlander. Has it been on any trips recently, as I would like to know if the wheel bearings, brakes, etc. have been checked out for its road worthiness. Were the inspections & improvements, performed by you or a professional shop & are their records available? Thank you.
