life has gotten the best of me and don t have time to finish it. Im in it for alot not including my hours. Finished this could be worth 35 40

I am about 80 complete and I have pretty much everything for someone who has the time to finish it out. We were going to add wal paper to the u painted portion. It could use another coat of paint. Everything should work I don t have power or gas to it since I have been redoing it

Things i have and have added

1. New pex plumbing

2 new water heater

3 new water pump

4 water tank has been cleaned and repaired

5 new vinyl cushions I do have the cushion for the couch just have not put it together.

6 New roof top ax just needs to be installed

7 I have new kitchen faucet and bathroom shower

8 stove and fridge should work they come on but not hooked to power long enough to cool fridge

9 floor is solid been repaired

10 new Electric hitch jack
