For your consideration is our 1970 Airstream Overlander, 27' Model.

It has been a very lucrative Airbnb Property near Zion National Park in southern utah for 3 years now. While it was there we had it hooked up to city power, sewer and water. The water heater is the original propane unit and has operated on that unit perfectly for that entire time. The stove also was used on the propane the whole time while rented as well.

We removed the oven knobs so guests would not try to bake. And we installed a microwave in a lower cabinet as well.

The Good

Exterior has been polished 3 years ago to a mirror finish 130hrs messy work but worth the end result

Solar Guard installed over front window purchase from OUTOFDOORSMART.com.

New Dometic Penguin II, Low Profile AC Unit with Optional Heat Pump Installed professionally by Camper Repairadise in SLC, Utah. Wall mounted thermostat installed. This was over 2000 including labor. the unit was 1100 with all the components.

Original copper plumbing is intact and operational, this unit has been used on City connections only since we owned it and set it up as a very profitable Airbnb near Zion National Park for 3 years.

New fresh water pump was hooked up but not yet tested with a fill fresh water tank.

New Blackwater tank is being built now, and will be installed before new owner buys this trailer! New Blackwater pumping connections and valve will be installed as well. the old unit would clog too easily and had a slight leak which is why it would clog easily .

Propane water heater is functioning.

New toilet was installed 3 years ago.

New custom Heavy Vinyl Skirting with Chain will be included this was 2000 custom made by Sharps Tarps in Salt Lake City, allowing for around the season use, preventing cold air from blowing under the trailer and prevents freezing water lines

Heat cable also installed to heat the plumbing water lines with a low voltage heat.

New Manufactured wood floors installed

New comfy twin mattresses on the twin galley twin beds.

Front couch area has been replaced with a couch that pulls out and folds down to a full size bed. Storage built in under the couch cushions make a great place to store your extra bedding and memory foam topper for the from bed to be comfy as can be.

New curtains were made by a local seamstress to be used with the existing widow curtain tracks.

Newer Tires with great tread it as parked so much and barely any mile shave been put on the tires New classy rims.

The running lights, blinkers, towing lights work.

The Bad

The upper end cap and curbside corner panel have some dents when polished they don't loom bad and are less noticeable

Some of the overhead upper cabinets are missing doors.

The fiberglass in the shower tub, bath has some yellowing and discoloration I have resurfaced this before with our other airstreams and can be done with motivation and effort

Needs to get new keys made for the doors and storage compartments.

Some of the window hardware could use updating.

The furnace is not operational, once again we used city power so it as heated own winter with electric oil filled radiator heaters Delonghi which were great!

The fridge stopped cooling on electric and propane so we have a mini fridge in there. removing the fridge, tipping it upside down for a couple days then setting it rightsize up again would likely allow the chemicals that cool on the cools to reposition and it would work again, be we have not needed it to operate with short term guests using the mini fridge instead.

in summary, it's ready to use now and has had many updates, but there are still plenty of improvements for the next owner to do if they wish.
