1970 Airstream 25' completely refurbished inside and out.
For sale/will consider partial trade plus cash for low mileage Mustang GT 2007 or newer.
I purchased this trailer in 2013, and has been a ongoing project over the last seven years. The previous owner had replaced the tires, battery, and LPG regulator.
To date we have traveled a total of approx 7000 mi. in between segments of repair and upgrading.
The following is what we have done up to this point.
INSIDE: Removed the interior lower half. Replaced the front section of the sub floor, from the front wall to the entry door. Removed all the old insulation and replaced w/new fiberglass insulation.
SANDBLASTED: The front frame and painted w/por 15.
Epoxied the new plywood floor where the spare tire mounts in the front to protect it from the elements.
Refinished interior walls/ceiling w/latex interior paint in light taupe, to give a lighter appearance. Installed new carpet tiles, also in a lighter beige color.
Replaced vinyl tiles in bath. Easy to remove if new owner would like to change floor covering.
Rebuilt cabinets in galley/kitchen sink area/bath and installed custom made hard maple counter tops. Custom made cabinet doors made of maple and bead board, new hardware on all the cabinets. Custom made cubbies under dinette/queen bed for plenty of additional storage. Dining table hard maple also.
New window seals all around and new window screens, and hardware.
Resealed all the body seams and check for water leaks.
Rear bath was stripped and rebuilt. Rear section of sub floor replaced w/water resistant plywood, and coated w/epoxy, new pex plumbing, valves, and sink faucet. Refinished bath tub and sink vanity w/epoxy paint. New toilet, new black/gray water tank w/42 gal capacity.
New 6 gal. L.P. water heater.
New 3 way Dometic 5.0 c.f. ac/dc/l.p. Refridge.
Custom made window coverings all around.
New custom made cushions for dinette/bed. Includes new 5" foam.

EXTERIOR: Plastic coat removed and body has been polished. New awning, new Furrion Service receptacle and 25' service cable w/surge protector.

2 new Fantastic elec 3 spd reversible fans.

Installed new carpet tiles, also in a lighter beige color.</p><p>Replaced vinyl tiles in bath. Easy to remove if new owner would like to change floor covering.</p><p>Rebuilt cabinets in galley/kitchen sink area/bath and installed custom made hard maple counter tops. Custom made cabinet doors made of maple and bead board, new hardware on all the cabinets. Custom made cubbies under dinette/queen bed for plenty of additional storage.
