I purchased the Airstream in 2018 knowing I would do a full restoration on it in the near future. I put new axels and brakes on it and drove it back and forth to Maine until 2021. In 2021 I pulled the shell off, repaired, sandblasted and painted the frame, installed a new belly pan with insulation before reinstalling the shell.
I know longer have the workspace to complete the project. The shell is near perfect with a new AC installed and a water heater still in the box. Interior endcaps and plastic parts are included as well as most partitions for templates. Lots of photos of the frame restoration and pan installation are available.
