We acquired this trailer after the previous owner had begun the renovation by replacing the sub floor before losing interest in the project. The trailer has been completely renovated. The interior was removed so the walls could be cleaned and painted. New flooring was installed. All of the cabinets, bed, couch and partition walls were custom built from walnut. The trailer was inspected by A and P Vintage Trailers in Paradise, Tx. when we purchased it. They replaced the axle, tested the electrical systems bringing it up to standards. The appraisal from Polk Associates, LLC is 87,500.
Scope of work performed:
Remove old interior, all windows were cleaned and resealed with new gaskets and screens. Jalousie windows were rebuilt with new weatherstrip, bottom seals and retainer discs. Tinted windows
All trim, decals, attached accessories removed, cleaned, resealed, reattached. New awning curbside, vintage style
Polished to bright finish summer 2022.
Tires: 3yrs old 7500 miles . Bearings repacked in 2020 summer vacation was cancelled, has not been camped in since 2019 . New stabilizers: BAL stabilizing jacks. New black powder coated wheels with baby moon caps.
