Foundation work completed by Colin Hyde in 2006. This includes frame repaired and repainted, subflooring replaced where needed, replaced axles, step restored, new insulation where needed, Marmoleum flooring, and zolatone paint. Rest of the work was completed in 2011 2012. The interior birch cabinets were built by a professional cabinetmaker, at Mad River Mill Works, Vermont. A certified mechanic installed the new propane lines. The upholstery was complete by Northland Upholstery in Plattsburg, NY. The trailer comes with pictures of the work completed and all the paper work involved in the renovation.

The trailer has a gaucho up front that makes into a double bed. Linens can be stored behind the back cushion. There are four drawers under the couch. The side gaucho was removed and in its place a dinette for two or can be made into a single bed. There is storage under the two seats. The kitchen counter was extended to include five drawers and a pull out breadboard. It has a flip up counter at the end. There is a sink with hot and cold water, stove with oven, and 2 way refrigerator. There is one hanging closet and another closet with shelves. The bathroom has the original tub/shower; a cabinet plumbed for a sink, but used as a storage unit, and a toilet.

Leak tested when finished and then again about 4 years ago. We are selling it because we own two vintage trailers.

The trailer is registered in the state of Vermont and located in Vermont.

Being sold as is/where is with no warranty expressed or implied. 35,000.00
