International Land Yacht
Serial # I262T 303/Built in Jackson Center, Ohio

This is a ground-up restoration of a 26 foot Airstream Overlander. Every system has been restored or replaced.
Below is a list describing what that means.

Overall
• 5 new trailer tires with polished stainless steel ‘baby moon’ hubcaps on original painted steel wheels
• 2 new torsion axles with electric drum brakes
• New exterior privacy/sun shades at front and back windows
• New front window of tinted/laminated safety glass in aluminum frame
• New white skylight at front of trailer
• New weather stripping on all windows, rebuilt crank hardware and original screens in excellent shape

Propane
• New valve assemblies and distribution valve on original steel propane tanks
• All new propane distribution plumbing in threaded black iron pipe
• Ball-valve shutoffs at each propane appliance

Appliances
• New stainless steel range/oven with custom built wood cover/counter extension
• New refrigerator (propane or line voltage electric) with automatic cooling fan
• New Panasonic microwave over fridge

Plumbing, heating and cooling
• New PEX plumbing supplies throughout
• New water pump and accumulator tank
• New BPA-free water tank and filler with new domestic water hook up and pressure reducer
• New water heater (propane or line voltage electric) with automatic piezo pilot lighter
• New kitchen sink and valve
• New bathroom vanity sink and valve
• New toilet
• New custom built redwood and teak tub and shower bench, new tub valve with hand held shower;
• New furnace with ducting to rear of trailer
• New roof-mounted Air Conditioning unit

Electric and lighting/interior and exterior
• New line voltage/12 volt inverter/charger
• New heavy-duty 12 volt battery in wood-lined aluminum battery box behind propane tanks
• New 12 volt, 2 speed ventilation fan at front
• Some new LED interior lights (12 volt and line voltage) with new custom wood shades
• New 2-level under-counter lights (120 volt) and 3 LED under-counter lights (12 volt) at kitchen
• New, period-correct ‘clearance’ lights at outside of trailer with aluminum bases to match original
• Rebuilt original ‘porch light’
• New, period-correct round tail lights
• Exterior line voltage plug (and 1 string of Christmas tree lights!!) Exterior 12 volt plug

Interior Furnishings and Finishes
• New custom-made laminated memory foam twin mattresses and center filler. When filler is in place the bed is an oversized king. When filler is not used for king bed, it serves as a back rest on one twin, making it very “couch-like”
• New custom built juniper and inlaid turquoise table under front window
• New bench and shoe rack under window forward of range
• All original wood cabinetry removed, refinished to better than new condition and reinstalled
• New subfloor installed over old. No rot in old, but wanted level subfloor to install new, one-piece vinyl flooring throughout
• Interior completely repainted

Exterior
• Buffed and polished (see photo) (price includes polisher and supplies)
• Added rear bumper extender for spare tire and receiver hitch
• New 7-pin wiring harness at hitch
• Heavy-duty equalizer hitch
• New track-mounted (16ft X 10ft) awning with “Old-School” aluminum poles
• Two restored antique, oak sling beach chairs with Airstream blue fabric

Nearly everything you need to take off (except the cute dog pictured below)! Tire covers, wheel chocks, adjustable levelers, power cord, water hoses, sewer hoses, fittings, propane tank level indicator, propane leak detector, electrical plug adapter, and other stuff like 2 awesome wood-grained Airstream insulated travel mugs and unique Airstream travel log books.
