Trailer is in excellent condition, and everything is road-ready! None smoker/no pets. New refrigerator. This trailer has many custom features , not normally found on other AS. A newly remodeled interior, to include a professionally upholstered couch, in Navy Blue, with new off white curtains, provides a classic look! Wicker baskets underneath the couch and rear twin beds, adds to the warmth, while adding to the already spacious amount of storage. Custom wood Mini Blinds on the windows, adds to the privacy and warm feel. Red Oak wood trim is used through out the interior. Also inside you will find a custom Wine/Bar cabinet, and Writing Desk with ample storage. Your comfort is enhanced by a cold A/C unit and two Fantastic ceiling fans. Outside, a "ZipDee" awning creates a covered patio, while a custom "ZipDee" Screen Room protects you from any uninvited guess. Under the trailer are several storage tubes, one for the flexible sewer hose, another custom 10 inch aluminum tube to store the tailored made patio rug. Security is provided by a custom designed Deadbolt assembly. Cooking is easy with the inside Stove/Oven & Microwave, as well as the outside quick disconnect propane line to hook-up a grill.
