Handmade and beautifully Handpainted, with an Airstream, this blue skirt needs a new home. Currently it has about a 30.5 inch waist but the closures can be moved to make it 35 inches or a bit more. It is 25.5 inches long and can only be shortened by 3 inches without harming the painting.
It appears that the skirt was never or hardly ever worn.
