I believe we are the third owners. but have the "original" sale documents and owner manuals.
This unit has been partially restored. On kitchen side, we replaced wooden structure and installed new Corian counter tops. There is a new mattress, all 110v and 12v lights and fans work. It has a working water system, working furnace and very cold AC. Two propane tanks have been refurbished and freshly painted.
The bathroom is all usable, but the floor does need to be redone. There are some minor exterior dents, and a larger dent on the door from the door stop, but closes very easily and securely. I have more pic's but having hard time uploading.
