Airstream Dixie stove and Marvel combo refrigerator ice-box

Original Dixie 4 burner range and Marvel combo refrigerator/ice-box from a 1952 Airstream Cruiser. Everything works on the range except clock timer and maybe light above the burners( I can’t find a 12″ Lumiline bulb to test it.).

When we got the trailer the refrigerator appeared to do everything but cool. Door light works. The temp. switch has settings for vacation, 1-12 settings to colder and fast freeze. When I turned it to cooler it felt like the compressor kicked in but it didn’t cool. I think it simply needs charged. But when taking it out to get it charged I broke both gas likes. It isn’t a propane unit. Its not a propane/electric combo. It’s an electric unit with a built in compartment for a block of ice w/drain. My sense is the unit will work fine when new gas lines are attached and its charged (ammonia?).
I assume since the trailer is a 1952 that the units are both 65 years old. Refrigerator is 24w 23 deep and 41 hi. Stove is 21w 23 d and36 h at front and 46 h at back
