An absolutely beautiful trailer inside and out. Our trailer is beyond excellent condition and it shows. The trailer has been stored indoors its entire life except for camping outings. The overall length of the trailer is 28 feet from rear bumper to center of the ball. GVWR of 7,600lbs, base weight of 5,800lbs. Fresh tank: 39 gallons, Gray Tank: 37 gallons, Black Tank: 39 gallons. The trailer features 15,000 BTU Air conditioning which can run as a heat pump for heat when hooked up to 30 amp service. There is a 25,000 BTU furnace ducted throughout. The trailer includes the Dometic comfort control which was added mid-year 2012. The added Zip Dee shades on the back and opposite the main awning were included from the factory. Also included is a microwave, stove, oven, shower, toilet, bathroom and kitchen sink, and a queen bed up front. The trailer has two 30lb propane tanks, and storage throughout. There is a 2 way (electric and propane) 7 cubic foot refrigerator, and sleeps 6. The dinette converts to a bed, and the couch also converts to a bed. There are two TV’s with a blueray player connected to both. LED lights throughout the entire trailer inside and out. I have performed several upgrades to the trailer, which consist of:
- 16” Michelin LTX MS2’s (LT225/75R16) with Sendel T03 Silver 16” wheels.
- Brand new group 24 batteries installed March 2019.
- Custom blackout curtains throughout.
- Custom storage shelving in the closet, and above the kitchen countertop.
- Upgraded dinette heavy duty table leg (2013+ trailers)
- Blackout Fan-Tastic vent fan covers on the roof
- Lippert 360 siphon roof vents
- Bug/insect screens on all exterior vents
- Wifi Range Booster
- Also included is an Equalizer weight distribution hitch with both 2” and 2.5” drop shanks
- Including all original Airsteam linens and pillows.
