This trailer has been well cared for and maintained. In great condition with everything in good working order.
Several additional upgrades have been made to the unit: a quick connect LP connection was installed allowing the use of a catalytic heater when boondocking, interior double and single incandescent pancake light fixtures have been upgraded to LED fixtures, the halogen bulbs in the overhead recessed lights have been replaced with cree LED lighting (all light changes resulted in significant decrease in the heat output from the bulbs-much cooler inside trailer).
The tires on the ground were replaced in January with new Maxxis 10ply ST radial 225/75 tires. The spare tire is same make and size but was lightly used (manufacturing date of 2012). Equipped with hydraulic disc brakes.

Aluminum LP tank cover has small dent in back right side. The wheels were repacked last November. Small, shallow dent on rear panel approximately 7' off the ground. Front of trailer has some normal blemishing from road sand/dirt-could probably be buffed out.
