Trailer has queen bed with walk around, bath with shower, kitchen with convection microwave,double sink, refridge/freezer, kitchenette that converts to double bed, and all kitchen essentials including coffee maker. Living room with pullout couch, flat screen tv with cable and original deck chairs in storage area under pull out table. full canvas awning around the unit, air conditioner/heater, funnace and all necessary electrical and plumbing accessories
