Unit was manufactured near end of model year with some 2001 features including 310 horsepower version of Ford Triton V-10 motor, and 2001 paint color. A few features include Alpine stereo system with six speakers, XM Sirius satellite radio, Corian counter tops, and Onan Marquis 5500 generator. Chassis has near 50,000 miles. Tires were new in June 2016 and coach batteries were replaced in May 2017. Upgrade battery isolator and new power switch have been installed. At 32,000 miles previous owner replaced all shock absorbers and installed Roadmaster steering stabilizer; and changed differential, transmission and cooling system fluids. Engine oil was changed at 48,821 miles, and generator has fresh oil and filter. Generator, all appliances, both air conditioners, and furnace are in good working order. Slide awning has short tear at one end and patio awning has small leak where attached to unit.
