1997 Airstream Excella 28’
This Trailer is all "original" and it’s equipped with a Solar panel and Inverter, recently replaced Dual Deep Cycle Batteries, Dual LP Tanks. A full shower, toilet and new hot water heater. Stove, furnace, built-in radiant heater, air conditioner, refrigerator/freezer (LP gas or electric), pressure controlled water or onboard tank, water pump controlled from the control panel or bathroom.

Outside:
Hitch with electric lift and leveling. Trailer has protective panels on front window glass and body. Original door steps, Airstream blue roll-out awnings on front, back and sides are in great condition (two original Airstream lawn chairs to match). It has 4 stabilizer jacks. Outside water connection, grey water, waste tank controls with drainage, and electrical input connection. It has one large storage compartment in the back along with 3 smaller compartments around the unit, which are lockable.

Inside:
When entering the door from the Passenger side you’ll notice the original Gorgeous Oak Wood Grain cabinetry throughout the unit as well as the updated floors. Immediately entering the Trailer to the right you’ll find the Sofa with Folding Tables for dining on each end and overhead storage that features a Stereo System. Overhead you’ll find an Automatic rain sensing Fan and Skylight! It has the Typical Beautiful Panoramic Windows up front, a large Window in the rear of the Trailer, and 3 Windows on each side of the Trailer for additional natural lighting. All windows covered in mini blinds and with original draperies (All in great condition). Tables on side of coach fold out for dining. Couch and valances are upholstered with original high-end, durable, and stain-resistant fabric also in great condition. Couch makes into full bed. Original oak trim, cabinets, closets and interior pocket doors are in excellent condition. As we work our way into the kitchen we have a Stove with 3-burner cook top and oven, hood fan above stove as well as the trailer Control Panel, a Double Sink with a new faucet, and Plenty of Storage. On the other side of the aisle you’ll find a microwave with even more storage and the Large Fridge Freezer outfitted in wood grain as well. In the center of the trailer we find, separated by Pocket doors from the kitchen for privacy, the Bathroom and dressing area. Two Large cedar closets with mirrors on each side of hallway, Separate Shower, Toilet and Sink area. Shower with original glass shower door. Entering the Bedroom area the room features separate Twin beds on opposite sides of the aisle with a nightstand in between, lots of overhead storage and additional storage below beds with pull out bins and two mini closets. 3 Windows encase this room as well, Mattresses are original with new memory foam overlay and custom, curve-fitted Airstream sheets and original bedspreads to fit curved mattresses (all in excellent condition. There is an Automatic Fan above the room, as with all the other rooms it can be closed off from the rest of the unit.
This Airstream comes with a Comprehensive Owner’s Manual showing details and instructions for all factory upgraded equipment fitted at time of purchase, Automatic roof fans (one with rain sensor). The AC unit will keep the air cold for those hot summer nights and the Heat will keep you warm on those cold winter days. There aren’t enough words to describe trailer.
